NIKE FOOTBALL
NIKE FOOTBALL X PRO:DIRECT SOCCER :
NIKE TIEMPO : ATTACK THE IMPOSSIBLE
To promote Nike Football x Pro:Direct Soccer’s partnership and the Nike Tiempo : Attack the Impossible campaign we produced a VIP event in Manchester hosted by TV and media celebrity Big Zuu and featuring a special guest appearance from Manchester United star striker, Matheus Cunha.
We built and produced a special 16m x 8m astro-pitch, designed to replicate the Nike Tiempo logo where x 16 female and x16 male footballers battled it out to become Nike Tiempo Grandmasters in a competition of skill, flare and creativity.
The event took place at Manchester’s Diecast warehouse venue and was featured across Nike Football and Pro:Direct Soccer social channels.
Project Responsibilities :
Venue scoping - looking into suitable Manchester warehouse venues for the activation to take place & conducting site recces
Supplier management - working with fabrication, build and AV supplier, and H&S supplier to produce full event safety management and security plan.
Full event pre-production - with appointed build/ production supplier
Content production with 3rd party supplier
Venue management - working with the chosen venue supplier to ensure smooth, effective event delivery
On-site event management - onsite live event production management, for event build, live and derig.

'Nike Tiempo : Attack the Impossible’

ALDI x LEWIS CAPALDI :
CAPALDI ON AN ALDI
To promote the release of Lewis Capaldi’s new single, ‘Somewhere in the Heavens’, Aldi UK teamed up with the Scottish star for a unique, one-off PR and event activation, with Lewis appearing on top of a purpose built roof and stage at an Aldi store in Nottingham, ahead of his sold out Nottingham Arena show in September 2025.
Project Responsibilities :

’Capaldi on an Aldi’
UNIVERSAL PICTURES
HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON
FILM LAUNCH ACTIVATION : SAO PAULO, BRAZIL
To promote the release of the new Dreamworks live action How to Train Your Dragon film, we brought the cast of dragons to Sao Paulo for the film’s pre-premiere event for VIPs, influencers and the main cast including Mason Thames, Nico Parker, Gerard Butler and the film’s writer and director, Dean de Blois.
For the event, we produced a unique 3 minute piece of content to introduce the film’s leading characters to the South American audience utilising a huge 15m wide , 10 metre high - Hologauze® projection - where the night sky in Sao Paulo was lit up to showcase and bring the film's stars to life in a never seen before way.
The spectacular large-scale holographic illusion was created with Hologauze®, a fully silvered projection gauze with unparalleled levels of transparency, brightness, contrast which wowed the cast and event attendees and even received a standing ovation.
Project Responsibilities :
Venue scoping - originally looking at other countries including Mexico and Australia to host the activation before confirming on Brazil and Sao Paulo as the chosen location
Supplier management - establishing relationship with Brazil based production suppliers and managing relationship
Full event pre-production - with appointed build/ production supplier

UK SPONSOR LAUNCH : 4 NATION ROADSHOW
A 4 week experiential roadshow activation across England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales to promote Howden Insurance’s new sponsorship partnership with the British & Irish Lions for their forthcoming tour of Australia.
Responsibilities :

EE HOME PRESENTS :
‘THE CIRCUS’
EE Home Presents: The Circus’, was a 60-minute theatrical live circus show that followed one family’s hilarious summer struggles while showing how EE Home products turn havoc into harmony.
Four sold-out ticketed live performances of The Circus took place at HERE at Outernet in London, during the 2024 summer holidays. A 30-minute broadcast episode of The Circus launched on EE TV and EE’s YouTube channel, during October half-term.

LEGEND OF ZELDA : UK LAUNCH
We took over The Magazine at The Serpentine Gallery to launch Nintendo’s Legend of Zelda : Tears of the Kingdom game in May 2023.
We gave VIPs, Influencers and PR/Media early access to the game, offering a bespoke evening event with drinks & canapes, a unique GIF photobooth activation, gaming stations to try out the game first hand, live entertainment and special VIP giveaways.
